Kachiguda is one of the old suburbs in Hyderabad, India. The third biggest railway station in Hyderabad called as Kachiguda Railway Station built during the Nizam rule, is located here and is a major landmark.

Kachiguda has a good textiles business for economical buyers. This suburb is also a cinema hub with cinema theaters like Maheswari 70 mm & Parameshwari 35 mm (which is now being constructed into a multiplex), Tarakarama 70mm, Venkataramana 70 mm, Padmavati 35 mm and Kumar 70mm here.
There is a popular hotel, Tourist Hotel, which was recently rebuilt. The suburb also has good restaurants and bakeries which cater to different budgets. Student hostels area also present here.
